There's no water in this creek until a rain comes along but there is plenty of peace every single day! All bills are provided and a mid month cleaning will be provided by the owner. No pets allowed. One parking space provided for one vehicle only. This cottage is on the owner's property and complete respect and responsibility is required of the new tenant.
